Job summary

Logan Health is seeking a Night Shift CNA in Kalispell, MT to provide basic patient care under leadership, while upholding confidentiality and teamwork. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will perform CNA assessments, document care, assist with activities of daily living, manage supplies, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in a 24/7 facility. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Montana CNA certificate required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days or before independent care.
• Home Health Aide certification preferred or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Understand HIPAA and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and assists in delivery of basic patient care under supervision.
• Coordinates workloads and patient priorities with leadership.
• Performs CNA assessments and reports vital signs changes.
• Maintains patient privacy per Logan Health policies.
• Assists with activities of daily living.
• Documents care accurately and timely.
• Maintains inventory and supplies; keeps equipment safe.
• Supports compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards.
• Works with stakeholders to set priorities for patient care tasks.
• Assists in administrative duties and day-to-day operations.
• Promotes a safe and therapeutic environment.
