Logan Health is seeking a Night Shift CNA in Kalispell, MT to provide basic patient care under leadership, while upholding confidentiality and teamwork. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
You will perform CNA assessments, document care, assist with activities of daily living, manage supplies, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in a 24/7 facility. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of assigned leadership and as applicable to assigned area(s). Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.

Possess an understanding of the confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.
To be eligible for the Driver portion of the position: Current Driver's License required.
Driving record for the previous thirty-six (36) months must not reflect any major driving offenses (i.e; DUI, convicted of a felony involving a motor vehicle, suspended license, three (3) or more speeding tickets or other moving violations, etc.).
In addition, personal vehicles used for LH business: State law minimum liability coverage limits required.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
