Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Montana CNA certificate required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care.
• Home Health Aide certification preferred or must obtain within six months of hire.
• Understanding of HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license required for the Driver portion of the position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care under supervision and leadership.
• Communicate with leadership to coordinate workloads and priorities.
• Perform CNA assessments and monitor vital signs; report abnormalities.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist with activities of daily living and documentation of care.
• Maintain inventory, restock rooms, and keep equipment safe and clean.
• Support compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.
