Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care invites CNAs to join our internal float pool, working exclusively within Rocky Mountain Care communities across multiple counties in Utah and nearby states. Choose FT, PT, or PRN with night, weekend, and shift differentials and enjoy W-2 stability.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide personal care, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and communicate changes to nursing staff, delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and condition changes to nursing staff.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
