Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CNA certification in Kentucky required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Handle With Care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care under the supervision of an RN/LPN.
• Records vital signs, glucose, intake/output, weights as directed.
• Assists with ADLs and mobility across units.
• Maintains clean, safe patient rooms and common areas.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Promotes infection prevention and safety policies.
