Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care: bathing, feeding, mobility, and transfers.
• Record vital signs and inputs/outputs in EMR accurately.
• Perform rounds under RN supervision and communicate patient needs.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge activities and prepare rooms.
• Collect specimens and assist with point-of-care testing per protocol.
• Assist with transportation, linen, stocks, and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain skin care and positioning to support patient comfort.
• Adhere to infection prevention policies and proper PPE.
