Job summary

The Staff Pad in partnership with a Montana client is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a floating role across units. This full-time position offers day and night 12-hour shifts under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing direct patient care and supporting team members with delegated tasks.

Candidates should have completed a CNA program, hold current certification, and be BLS certified. You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital or long-term care setting, demonstrate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current certification as a nursing assistant or enrolled in SPH CNA training program and must obtain certification at end of training.
• BLS certification required.
• SECURE Training required within 6 months of hire date, then annually updated.
