Job summary

Settlers Ridge Care Center in Celina, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will deliver personal care, assist the charge nurse, and support a multidisciplinary approach in a long-term and rehabilitative care setting.

Qualifications

• State certification as a nursing assistant is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents safely and respectfully.
• Assist the charge nurse and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Promote resident independence and dignity in daily activities.
• Contribute to care plans and document observations accurately.
• Support care plan implementation per policies and procedures.
• Observe and report residents’ conditions promptly.
• Assist with safe lifting and transfers.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free environments and equipment.
• Perform incidental housekeeping as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
