Job summary

HCF in Celina, Ohio is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full- and part-time roles with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will provide direct patient care under licensed supervision at our facility.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living, following care plans, documenting care, answering call lights, and maintaining safety and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Experience in direct patient care and teamwork.
• Willingness to complete required training and competency exams.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, hygiene, ambulation).
• Follow hospital or facility policies and procedures.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Refer to and follow resident care plans.
• Report abnormal findings, injuries, incidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain resident dignity and safety at all times.
