Palm Beach Nursing in Lake Worth, FL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being in a safe and welcoming environment.

This is a full-time role with all shifts available. You will perform personal care, assist with meals and mobility, maintain a safe environment, and document care and changes in residents’ conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist residents with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary living environment
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Accurately document care provided and clinical activities
