• Active CNA certification in Wisconsin.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation.
• Respond promptly to call lights and care needs to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to support care plans and independence.
• Document vital signs and health data accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures and support end-of-life care when needed.
