Qualifications

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency program
• Compassion for older adults and a positive approach to long-term care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, volunteers, and staff

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, perform resident/patient care activities and related services for personal needs, safety, and comfort
• Assist in providing a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following all Center policies and procedures
• Support a compassionate and resident-centered atmosphere and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
