Job summary

Bel Air At Teravista in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting. Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Ability to lift/move/transfer patients safely.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document care and activities accurately in accordance with regulations.
• Support individualized care plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, infection-controlled environment.
• Follow facility policies and participate in shift handoffs and trainings.
