Responsibilities

• Completes charge and inventory slips; monitors daily supply inventory.
• Maintains resident stability by checking vital signs and recording intake/output.
• Provides resident comfort by responding to call lights and requests; reports observations to nursing supervisor.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Protects privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; complies with HIPAA.
