Northrise Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care on a full-time basis in Las Cruces, NM. You will work within a supportive team, follow established procedures, and participate in rounds and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care and safety procedures per facility policies.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission staff immediately.
• Make beds and maintain clean bedside areas.
• Ensure clean water is available to residents.
• Assist as directed by charge nurse or administrator.
