Tampa Lakes Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lutz, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time shifts. Join our resident-focused care team and help with daily living activities, admissions, and rehab support.

Walk-In Interviews Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–4:30 PM at 750 Hayes Rd, Lutz, FL 33549. Florida AHCA background screening required; benefits include Daily Pay, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• FL License Required.
• This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility; observe resident rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
