Job summary
Fiberhire is seeking attentive Certified Nursing Assistants to join a reputable long-term care community in Bayville, NJ 08721. You will provide hands-on resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment.
We offer competitive pay up to $23/hour with shift differentials, full benefits, flexible scheduling, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement in a stable care setting. CNA license in NJ required.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional, friendly bedside manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize resident care.
- Basic knowledge of long-term care, safety procedures, and infection control.
- CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nurses and supervisors.
