Job summary

Fiberhire in Bayville, NJ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate, resident-centered care team. CNAs provide hands-on daily living assistance, monitor resident conditions, and document care accurately to support high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA license is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Professional, friendly bedside manner is important.

• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nurses and supervisors.
• Accurately document care in required logs, forms, and reports.
• Maintain resident safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follow all facility policies, infection control measures, and care standards.
• Participate in ongoing CNA training and skill development.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
