Qualifications

• Active NJ CNA Certification required.
• Overnight shifts require 1+ year CNA experience in an LTC/nursing home setting.
• Open to candidates of all experience levels for 1st and 2nd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning for safety and comfort.
• Take, record, and report vital signs; observe changes and report to licensed staff.
• Provide basic nursing care under licensed nurses.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meal service and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team to support coordinated resident care.
