Outfield Healthcare Partners in Grants, NM is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our full-time team. You will provide resident care, assist with daily activities, and support a culture of trust and communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during training.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm with compassion.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to interact tactfully with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• In good health with emotional stability and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to deliver care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds, clean bedside tables and ensure clean water access.
• Carry out other duties as directed by nursing leadership.
