Responsibilities

• Make rounds at shift start and at least every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Provide peri care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Make beds and tidy rooms.
• Assist residents at meals and maintain hydration.
• Take on duties as directed by the charge nurse, supervisor or DON.
