Onyx Care of Farmerville is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunities with benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be a state-certified CNA (Louisiana or state of employment).
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes charge and inventory slips and monitors supply inventory daily.
• Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; record intake and output information.
• Provide resident comfort by responding to call lights and requests; report observations to nursing supervisor.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
• Protect privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; comply with HIPAA and related laws.
• Adhere to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements.
