Job summary

Onyx Care of Ruston is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our patient-centered team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunities to fit your needs and schedule, with a focus on delivering quality resident care in a supportive environment.

The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and ensure comfort and safety. Louisiana CNA certification is required, with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Louisiana or applicable state required.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Respond to call lights and patient requests promptly.
• Document actions by completing forms and records.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in line with HIPAA.
