Job summary

BrightStar Care of La Crosse is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team, providing compassionate care to clients in home health and assisted living settings. We offer a flexible schedule, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and ongoing training and development to support your growth as a caregiver.

Available shifts include days or overnights, 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, with pay at $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
