Job summary

BrightStar Care of La Crosse is hiring Overnight Caregivers (CNA or experienced Caregiver) to provide high-quality home care. The role covers awake overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am, with care delivered Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience.
• A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Vehicle to use for work, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• This is AWAKE care overnights
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
