Job summary

The Waters of Sullivan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Sullivan, Indiana to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's plan and as directed by supervisors.

You will perform tasks from the care plan, assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities, document changes, and report to the Nurse Supervisor. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Able to work with elderly residents and assist with self-care.
• Good communication in writing and speech.
• Maintain confidentiality of all activity, persons, and records.

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts etc.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Perform tasks per facility policies and as instructed by supervisors.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care tasks.
• Ensure residents' rooms are ready for receiving residents.
• Assist in preparing for medical tests and activities.
