Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Irvine, KY is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide personal care aligned with residents' wishes and care plans. The starting pay is $16.00/hour, with opportunities for higher rates based on experience and same-day pay.

Same-day interviews are available for all shifts. We offer a No Frills Plan for Full Time status, growth opportunities, a family-oriented and fun workplace, and a rewarding experience working with residents and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.

Responsabilités

• Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Check residents who cannot call for help.
• Provide direct resident care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Explain procedures to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
