Job summary

Alumus is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care to guests/patients in residence under RN supervision. You will assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges and ensure care plans are followed.

The role requires a CNA license, CPR, and fingerprint clearance, with 6 months of CNA/LNA experience preferred and LTC/SNF/Rehab experience preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, On Demand Pay, tuition assistance, a flexible schedule, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA license prior to hiring.
• CPR certification and fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges and ensure personal care needs follow the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine changes in the daily care routine.
