Job summary

Alumus is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-residence personal care under RN supervision. The role supports admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring care plans are followed and updated as needed.

Qualified candidates have a CNA license, CPR and fingerprint clearance, and 6+ months of CNA/LNA experience, preferably in LTC/SNF or Transitional Rehab settings. Flexible schedule and referral bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• CNA license/certification required before hiring.
• Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card required.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience preferred.
• LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Check each guest/patient's routine to ensure personal care needs are met as per the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine.
