Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX seeks caring CNAs to provide hands-on home health support to clients. You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily activities while promoting mobility and safety.

The role requires an active CNA license, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. You will document care in an EMR app, coordinate with nurses, and contribute to a caregiver-first team that values your voice and professional

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Active CNA license (state-specific) is required.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are needed.
Ability to lift/transfer clients and assist with daily activities.
Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication.
Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to client dignity.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on home care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
Promote mobility and strength through ROM exercises and walking support.
Monitor health, track intake, and report changes promptly.
Provide medication cues and document adherence in records.
Prepare nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.
Uphold safety protocols and document notes via EMR app.
