Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for multiple shifts. Benefit from a supportive culture, competitive pay ($20–$23 per hour, depending on experience and shift), and flexible scheduling across day, evening, and weekend roles.

Eligible candidates will have CNA certification, current TB and physical exams, CPR, and at least 1 year of CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current physical exam (within the last 12 months) – Required
• Current TB test results (within the last 12 months) – Required
• High school diploma or GED – Required
• Current and valid CNA certification – Required
• CPR certification – Required
• At least 1 year of CNA experience – Preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help with mobility and transfers using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow infection control practices and HIPAA guidelines.
