BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team across multiple shifts in MA. You will provide outstanding personal care and support to our clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities and clinical observations.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Prefer at least 1 year of home health/assisted living experience.

Responsibilities

• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
