BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Concord, Lexington, and Woburn teams. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with shifts across multiple days and times.

Competitive pay up to $21/hour, plus bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs under a nurse, and supporting care plans.

Qualifications

• Required: Current CNA certification.
• Preferred: A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
