Right at Home Dallas - East & South is urgently hiring compassionate CNAs to join our growing team serving seniors in their own community.

As a CNA you will assist with daily living activities, monitor health cues, take vital signs, prepare medications reminders, and support with essential devices under nurse supervision. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, bi-weekly pay, and a friendly work environment that appreciates your dedication.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Six months CNA experience in health care (in homes or facilities) and completion of a state CNA course.
• Completed Competency Evaluation that meets state home health agency licensing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick and ability to handle job demands.
• Current CPR certification is recommended.
• Meets requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
• Read, write, and understand English; valid driver's license with insured vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Assist with medication preparation, reminders and assistance.
• Reinforce dressings (non-sterile) as directed.
• Assist with devices for daily living (cane, walker, wheelchair, lift).
• Assist with ROM exercises and self-administered simple tests when required.
• Measure and prepare special diets and monitor intake/output.
• Take vital signs (temp, pulse, respirations, blood pressure).
• Assist with external catheter application and limb splints as needed.
