Aviara Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a part-time basis in Encinitas, CA. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities and provide high-quality care under supervision.

Pay range is $23.00–$25.00 hourly, based on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health and vision insurance, flexible schedule and paid time off. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Must be actively state certified as a CNA.
• Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information.
• Complies with company policies including harassment and compliance procedures.
• Prior CNA experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients in daily living activities and provide comfort (feeding, bathing, toileting).
• Assist physicians and nurses in medical procedures.
• Record patient health information and vital signs.
• Transfer patients to and from rooms using beds, wheelchairs, or gurneys.
• Maintain the cleanliness of patient care environment.
• Prepare equipment and instruments for inspection and sterilization.
• Provide first aid services including wound care.
