Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Prior CNA or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board of Nursing required or in process within four months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Take and record vital signs and document resident information.
• Follow care plans and infection prevention policies, PPE usage, and safety procedures.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques.
