Evergreen Retirement Community, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily activities, and support nursing staff to create a safe, compassionate environment.

The position offers a part-time PM shift (2:00pm-10:15pm), with Every other weekend and holiday required. Competitive hourly wages from $18.02 to $19 per hour, plus benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible with scheduling.
• CNA certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Take vital signs and monitor changes in health.
• Assist with meals and ensure comfort and safety.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Follow care plans while maintaining patient safety and dignity.
