Job summary

Sandy Health and Rehab in Sandy, Utah, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents, assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and comfort.

You will work 6pm–6am on rotating days and weekends, report changes to nursing staff, document intake/output, and help residents and families feel supported in a team‑oriented, growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs.
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more.
• Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort and dietary needs.
• Document intake/output and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
