Job summary

Right at Home Cedar Falls IA is seeking dependable, compassionate CNAs to provide companion and personal care to clients in Cedar Falls and the surrounding area. Training and mentoring are provided, with part-time hours across weekdays and weekends in Waterloo and Cedar Falls.

We offer competitive pay ($18-$20/hour), flexible schedules, and benefits including telehealth, health insurance after 60 days, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of Waterloo/Cedar Falls.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments or stores.
• Assist with personal cares (transfers, toileting, bathing, hygiene).
• Provide medication reminders and life management support.
• Offer companionship with engaging activities and ensure client safety.
• Report changes in condition or concerns to supervisors and RN.
