Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Virginia seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care. Flexible hours, daily pay offered, and supportive team. You will assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks in a compassionate, confidential manner.

Qualified candidates are Certified Home Health Aides or Personal Care Aides, able to pass background checks, and have transportation. Training provided. This role offers meaningful work helping the elderly in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide (training provided).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid license/insurance if driving.
• Nurturing, compassionate, and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans for clients and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide routine house cleaning, meal prep, and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments and errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client’s condition.
• Maintain confidentiality due to sensitive information.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to meet department needs.
• Follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
