Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Manassas, VA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care. This role offers flexible hours and daily pay for select positions, with training provided.

You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, transport clients, help with medications under supervision, and maintain confidentiality while supporting clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Certified Home Health or Personal Care Aide; training provided.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment physical/PHS and PPD as required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license & proof of insurance.
• Nurturing and compassionate nature.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report on tasks completed.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing).
• Provide or assist with meals, laundry, light housekeeping.
• Transport client to appointments and errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications as directed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and flexibility as needed.
• Follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA rules.
