Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; reliable transportation.
• Good communication, self-motivated, well-organized; able to follow instructions.
• Comfortable using an electronic device.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plan and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing).
• Assist with house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Observe and report changes in member's condition.
