Addus HomeCare is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNA) in your area. Join our team of compassionate caregivers delivering in-home support and medical-related assistance with flexible hours and daily pay options.

Essential duties include following care plans, assisting with personal care, meals, and transportation, and reporting client condition changes while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Candidates must be 18+, certified, and able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide status required (training provided).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Nurturing, compassionate, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate well.

Responsabilités

• Follow care plans for clients and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with routine house cleaning, meals, and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments and errands.
• Assist client with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client's condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA/regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to meet department needs.
• Follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
