Job summary

A Plus Health Care is hiring CNAs to support long-term care, assisted living, memory care, hospice and one-to-one care. Base rate is $18 per hour with potential to increase to $24.70 per hour; on-site training is provided and shifts vary across settings.

The team is part of the Addus HomeCare family, offering flexible hours and multiple contract types. You must have a MT CNA license, CPR, immunizations, and the ability to pass a background check to join us.

Qualifications

• MT CNA license with MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Immunizations including TB test and Hep B.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Chart and execute plans of care.
• On-site training provided; shifts available across settings.
