Job summary

AuthoraCare Collective in North Carolina is seeking a CNA Float for home care and long-term care assignments at 32 hours per week. You will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and alternating weekends, under RN supervision to provide basic personal care and comfort to patients with limited life expectancy.

You will respond to emergencies, maintain a clean, safe environment, and support patients and families with compassionate care. CPR/BLS certification and a valid NC driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduation from a Nursing Assistant program is required.
• Current NC NA I certification without substantiated findings.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate basic personal care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with daily activities, comfort patient and support family.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Support home and long-term care settings across Forsyth and Davie counties.
