Job summary

Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and health maintenance tasks under a Plan of Care, ensuring safety and dignity.

You will communicate with the care team, document visits, follow infection control practices, and pursue ongoing education. A valid HHA certification and CPR, along with a driver's license, are required; travel to patients' homes is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of home health aide or CNA experience required.
• HHA certificate and CPR certification required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tasks within the Plan of Care.
• Communicate with administrative staff about client needs and changes.
• Provide care per the Home Health Aide Care Plan and document services.
• Contribute to continuity of care and participate in team meetings.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions during client care.
• Pursue ongoing training and maintain competency.
• Meet continuing education requirements as applicable.
