Legend Senior Living® in Midwest City, OK is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and social interactions, ensuring comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification as required by Oklahoma regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements.
• Communicate clearly to the Health Care Director and other staff regarding urgent needs for the next shift and any concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift to ensure smooth operations.
