• Document food and fluid intake accurately; assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements.
• Maintain clean living environments and assist with beds and mobility.
• Transport residents safely within the facility.
• Support nursing staff and follow facility policies.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
