Job summary

Prometric, a global testing leader, seeks RNs to evaluate CNA candidates at Dallas test centers. You will proctor exams, observe and score clinical skills, and ensure smooth test events across a 30-mile radius. This role blends nursing expertise with test administration to deliver high-quality candidate experiences.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a BA/BS is preferred, and prior long-term care experience is valued. Expect part-time hours with travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted RN license in the operating state.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in long-term care or care for chronically ill.
• Staff development/training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proctor computerized CNA exams and observe candidates.
• Score candidates’ knowledge and clinical skills objectively.
• Manage test events, rosters, and site setup.
• Ensure security and quality of exam delivery.
• Provide on-site leadership and assist with candidate flow.
• Protect exam content and troubleshoot technical issues.
