Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join its care team in Worcester, MA. The role provides routine daily nursing care under licensed staff and offers a pay range of $21-$28 per hour with weekly pay and shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Active Massachusetts CNA license or eligibility is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts (MA).

Responsabilidades

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plan.
• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and report them promptly.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Respond to call lights promptly and ensure accessibility for residents.
• Maintain clean and orderly care areas.
• Identify residents (I.D. bracelets) accurately.
